Concord, Calif. (Sept. 20, 2017) – ASRC Industrial Services (AIS), a premier provider of industrial and environmental services throughout the Continental United States, is pleased to announce the acquisition of US Coatings, Inc., a Mobile, Ala.-based marine specialty coatings company.
