“I am pleased to welcome the talented workforce of Mavo to the AIS family of companies,” said Greg Johnson, president/CEO of AIS. “The acquisition of Mavo is a critical step in AIS’s journey to building an enduring, customer-centric, value-added service provider focused on the industrial market complex.”

“Today is an exciting day for employees and customers of Mavo,” said Jay Robertson, Mavo President and former shareholder. “Selling a business is always a tough decision, especially when factoring in the impact on employees and customers.  However, I am confident that AIS is the right ‘home’ for Mavo and becoming a part of the AIS family will provide additional opportunities for our employees and expanded services to current, as well as new customers.”
